Terms and Conditions for SP Rhodes brush set prize draw

1. Eligibility

a. The competition is open to individuals aged 13 and over, who are residents of Canada, unless otherwise specified.

2. Entry Requirements

a. Entry to the competition is free. No purchase is necessary.

b. To enter, participants must download Equine Register's Digital Stable app and create an account.

c. All entries must be received by 6pm November 10th 2024. Late entries will not be considered.

d. One entry per person is permitted unless otherwise specified.

3. Winner Selection

a. Winners will be selected by a random draw of emails for those who download the app at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.

b. The decision of the organizers is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

c. Winners will be notified by email within 10 days following the closing date.

4. Prizes

a. We are offering a prize of an SP Rhodes brush set personalized with the Equine Register logo to 2 lucky winners. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives are available.

b. In the event that a prize is unavailable, Equine Register Canada reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Claiming the Prize

a. The winner must claim the prize within 28 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this time, it may be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.

b. The winner is responsible for any expenses not explicitly stated as part of the prize.

6. Privacy

a. By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data for the purposes of the competition.

b. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Equine Register's privacy policy.

7. Disqualification

a. Equine Register Canada reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or dishonest behaviour.

b. Entries that do not comply with the entry requirements will be automatically disqualified.

8. Limitation of Liability

a. Equine Register Canada will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants as a result of entering the competition or accepting a prize, except in cases of negligence.

b. Equine Register Canada is not responsible for any technical or human errors that may result in an entry being lost, delayed, or not properly registered.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Amendments and Changes

Equine Register Canada reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.

c. All entries must be received by 6pm November 10th 2024. Late entries will not be considered.

a. Winners will be selected by drawing a QR tag out of a bowl on the stand at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, if the tag has a colored sticker then the participant gets to keep the tag and a hat, if there is no colored sticker, the participant keeps only the tag.

b. The decision of the organizers is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
